At the end of 2022, Ob.ST underwent structural changes. The Bar became secret (or almost secret), with its own atmosphere and playlist.

The Hall reached the stars, with an intimate and modern atmosphere. And the kitchen counter remains the star of the party, from there you can see the magic happen.

And now, it comes with incredible news, the kitchen gains a big name, which will command the show! Chef Bruno Guarnido (Oro and Epice) lands in Curitiba directly from Rio de Janeiro, putting into practice everything he developed in partnership with Felipe Bronze and the star team at the Oro restaurant. Here, Bruno has already adapted to the city’s frightening climate and Have you already fallen in love with our Paraná delicacies? He joined forces with chef João Bauab, who was already in charge of the Ob.ST kitchen, and an entire young and fearless team. With all the Carioca malice and Curitiba seriousness, from the pots and stoves, an authentic and surprising menu emerged!

Reservation

At OBST. a special reservation space was created: The Kitchen Counter. For immersive exchange experience. The counter seats up to four people, who will have the opportunity to watch our team working and closely follow the dynamic of a professional kitchen.

The exclusive menu includes spontaneous, experimental dishes, special ingredients, and team creativity in the making. Natural, free-flowing, communicative service.

Rather than an intimate experience, the Kitchen Counter sponsors experimentation. If the idea is a romantic dinner, for instance, we suggest the tables at the dining space are used.

For reservations in the dining room, we offer an à la carte menu with individual dishes and shareable snacks. Kitchen, bar and wine house: creative and seasonal, no strings attached and no static menu.

Outdoor dining tables and secret bar are available for service without reservation, in order of arrival. Come to Obst.!

Kitchen Counter: Reservation is confirmed through advance payment. Any reservation under four will share the counter on that same day, up to counter full seating. In compliance with COVID-19 protocol, reservation for the kitchen counter can be made for a minimum of two and a maximum of four people in an interpersonal group.

Hours: From Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 7:30p.m., with a 30-minute tolerance time.
Cancellation Policy: total reimbursement for cancellations 24 hours before reservation time.
